Itty Bitty Pot Pies

A couple of days ago I was stumbling on the world wide web. I came across this wonderful foodie blog called Table for Two. I wanted to try their chicken pot pie recipe immediately. Unfortunately it was not an appropriate time to make pie, as it was almost midnight and I was stumbling from my phone in bed. Sometimes I can't sleep......thank goodness for technology.

Once the sun awoke from its slumber, and me for that matter, I thought of nothing but this recipe. It consumed me {Picture Gollum}....yes it was that intense.

I rushed to the store and quickly drove home with my provisions. It turned out perfectly! I did change one thing for the recipe though. I didn't make my own dough. Why you ask? Well, my dear friends, I cook. I do not bake. I struggle with all things bakerish. Making dough falls into that realm so instead I bought my dough....GASP! Its cool though, the dough I got was a pastry dough which was crispy and beautiful and I loved how it turned out. You should try it.
