Another Countdown Begins

Me and the Mr. have not been on a vacation together for a long long time. The last time just the two of us did a real vacation was 2005! That is insane! Me and Shanna have more vacations chalked up together than me and my husband! I am going to blame this tragedy on school. Now that school is over there is absolutely no excuse. Next month me and Anth will be taking a small trip to San Fran!!!

Tourist Traps we will be caught up in:
Fisherman's Wharf
Conservatory of Flowers
 Alcatraz Island
Grace Cathedral
Mission District
Golden Gate Bridge/Park
 Sausalito

I know there were a couple of other places we discussed, but at this time I cannot remember. Please let me know if there is anything else we should hit up. Hurray for vacations!

I'm glad you guys are going! I wish I could go on a vacation- so maybe you should take me with you. I love San Fran! It's one of my favorite places to go--- have you been there before? If you are anything like me, you will have horrible hair the entire time because of the humidity. don't bother straightening it.

I love San Francisco. If you can go to the Muir Forest (redwood forest). If you haven't ever been there, it is a must see. I also love going into china town and buying all the super cheap gifts and looking at the Ivory tusks (might be fake) that have little chinese villages carved into them. Lombard street is fun as well. Fishermans wharf, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge are my favs. When in Sausalito get an ice cream at the little shack right next to where you get off the ferry. You will have a blast.

The best burritos in the nation: the Mission District. Love me some of those burritos La Taqueria on mission and 25th. The Golden Gate Park, The Botanical Gardens, and sneak in some fine shopping downtown...

Ocean beach -- eat @ cliffhouse. Best views.

Pier 39 (near Fishermans)

Ride bikes over the golden gate bridge

Union Square (downtown more so with shopping)

Alamo Square Park, pretty views of the city and right next to the Victorian houses from Full House! It's near Haight/Ashbury district (Summer of Love 68)

Lemme look into deals for you up there...what is the price range you were wanting to spend on a hotel per night?
